Appointments can be made by calling us directly. Our front desk staff will gladly provide you with a day and time at your convenience.

Your initial assessments will take 45 minutes to an hour, as it includes a thorough analysed subjective and objective assessment followed by a treatment regime. Follow-up treatment sessions last 30-45 minutes however each individual’s treatments can vary – no one condition is exactly the same! The number of required sessions will be discussed with you at the end of your assessment however this may vary.

With your permission, an initial report will be sent to your doctor. During the course of your treatment, your practitioner will communicate with your doctor to make sure progress is made and outcomes are met.

If you are experiencing pain, limited mobility, or difficulty performing daily activities, you may benefit from our services.  Consulting our healthcare professionals can help determine if treatment is appropriate for your situation.

In many cases, you can see our team without a referral.. Check with your insurance provider and the therapy clinic to understand their policies.

Yes, our multidisciplinary team can be beneficial for managing chronic pain. We use various techniques to address underlying issues, improve function, and teach coping strategies to help manage pain more effectively.

To prepare for your appointment, wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Bring any relevant medical documents, a list of medications, and any questions you may have for your practitioner.

Our team may provide you with exercises, activities, and recommendations to do at home. Following their guidance, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and staying active can significantly enhance your recovery.

Most insurance plans provide coverage for physiotherapy, chiropractic care and osteopathy, but the extent of coverage can vary. It’s best to check with your insurance provider to understand your benefits and any potential out-of-pocket costs.

If you do not have insurance, that’s okay. For patients who do not have insurance, we offer cash-based options due at the time of service.

If you cannot attend your appointment due to illness or another emergency, please notify our clinic at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

A non-refundable charge of 50 dollars will be applied to any missed appointments that have not been rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
